Starting in 2008 Dawn began her career in real estate working with a short sale real estate specialist where she primarily focused on marketing campaigns and developing new business. After a short time she switched to a commercial real estate brokerage developing a new REO asset management department. From 2010 to 2014 she worked with Zions and Chase bank managing their commercial and residential REO portfolios. This included broker selection, property management, and contract negotiation. With over $50 million in transactions in 4 years she decided to get out of the REO management industry and work with local buyers and seller's directly.She transitioned to residential real estate in 2014 after the REO market shifted and she was able to take her social media/ online marketing background and provide her new residential clients with something new and different. Dawn understands that buying a home can be the biggest purchase in a person life and having someone by their side to listen to their needs and wants is a top priority. She prides herself with her knowledge of the current market, 24/7 communication, support, and strong negotiating skills to enable her clients to make sound, timely, and secure decisions for their families.
